Children's Orphanage of the Holy Face Ministries

This orphanage has been run by Religious Sisters of the Divine Face (they wear full habits and only their faces show.) These Relgious Sisters were formed so that they could care exclusively for the orphaned, abandoned, and at risk children of the streets. They have about 40 children, almost all girls, who are six years or older. Most of the girls are former children of the streets who were at risk of being thrown into the International Slave Market. After many visits with HIM Ministries volunteers, we support this orphanage and their children. 100% of your sponsorship support goes directly towards these children.

The Farm Food Program

This orphanage, also operated by the Religious Sisters of the Divine Face is only able to survive because they grow most of their own food. These pictures are of the Sisters' Farm where they grow most of their food and sell what they can to help support their other needs. They also raise some animals to help feed the children. The few men who work the farm with the Sisters were raised by the Sisters from the time they were little boys. They now share their lives working in the fields so that other children may eat and not be forced to live on the streets. This farm was donated to the Sisters and all of the new trees were donated by HIM Ministries and their supporters.
